1. Shipping

Delivery Zones

ICON LEGACY currently ships to:

  • Metropolitan France

  • Belgium

  • Luxembourg

  • Switzerland

  • Rest of the European Union

  • Senegal

  • Ivory Coast

  • DRC
  • Canada
  • USA

Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 10 to 14 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

🕐 Times may vary depending on the destination, periods of high activity (launches, holidays), or customs formalities.


Shipping Costs

  • Europe (EU + United Kingdom + Switzerland) → Shipping costs fully covered by ICON LEGACY.

  • Senegal & other countries → Costs and times may vary depending on the chosen carrier and are indicated at the time of payment.

No hidden fees will be added after your order.


Carriers

Our deliveries are handled by recognized reliable carriers: La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination.
The choice of carrier depends on the country and the volume of the order.


Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link sent by email upon shipment.

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Period

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • The product must show no signs of wear, perfume, or washing.

Personalized or promotional products cannot be returned or refunded.


Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for all countries outside metropolitan France.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure proper receipt of your package.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@icon-legacy.com, providing:

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) concerned

    • The reason for the return

  2. We will confirm the procedure and the shipping address.

  3. Once the package is received and verified, you will receive an email confirming the refund or exchange (depending on your choice).


Refund

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order, within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the returned product.


3. Defective Products or Order Error

If the product received has a defect or does not match your order:

  1. Send a photo of the product concerned to support@icon-legacy.com within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Our team will handle the exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs.
