2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "TCS") govern the sales of products offered on the website www.icon-legacy.com, published by ICON LEGACY LLC.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these TCS by the customer.

3. Products

ICON LEGACY designs and markets conceptual football jerseys inspired by African cultural heritage.
The products presented on the site are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations in color or texture may exist depending on the screens and devices used.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) for European customers.
ICON LEGACY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these TCS.
The customer automatically receives an order confirmation by email once payment is validated.
ICON LEGACY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute.

6. Payment

Payments are 100% secure and can be made via:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of transactions.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 10 to 14 business days.
Shipping costs are entirely covered by ICON LEGACY for orders to France and the European Union.

For other areas (Senegal, etc.), costs and delivery times may vary depending on the chosen carrier.

In case of shipping delay, an information email will be sent to the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

The customer has a 30-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return.
The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

Personalized or discounted products cannot be returned.

9. Liability

ICON LEGACY cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the purchased product.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), ICON LEGACY only collects data necessary for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Collected data (name, surname, address, email, phone, purchase history) are stored on Shopify's secure servers and are never sold to third parties.

ICON LEGACY uses marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel) in compliance with the user's explicit consent, obtained via the site's cookie banner.

11. Cookies

The website www.icon-legacy.com uses cookies to improve the user experience and measure the performance of advertising campaigns.
The customer can at any time change their preferences in the cookie management center.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TCS are written in French.
They are subject to the laws of the United States (State of New Mexico).

However, for consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions provided by the local law of the country of residence also apply.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing agreement, the competent courts of New Mexico (USA) will have sole jurisdiction.
